Seohyun was sitting in the dining table with Mrs. Lee, Donghae and Yoona, eating the breakfast prepared by Yoona with the help of the maids. She was all dressed up on her school uniform and her hair wasn't in a ponytail anymore and she's wearing her contact lens instead of her eyeglasses.
She was nearly finished with her breakfast when Kyuhyun came in his uniform and messy hair. He sat down and ate. As soon as she was done, she stood up and grabbed her bag.
"Are you going to school, Seohyun?" Mrs. Lee asked.
"Ne auntie. Waeyo?" Seohyun said.
"You commute?" Mrs. Lee asked once more.
Seohyun nodded.
"Don't commute anymore. Just come with Kyuhyun in the car." Mrs. Lee offered.
"No, auntie. I don't have to." Seohyun declined her offer.
"Please. Seohyun. And I don't think that you know all the ways around here, right? And so we can all assure your safety. Right Yoona?" Mrs. Lee asked.
Yoona nodded. "Ne. Just come with Kyuhyun, Hyunnie. For me?" She told her sister, staring at her sister's eyes that seems like communicating with each other.
"Fine." Seohyun said. Mrs. Lee and Yoona smiled.
Seohyun got her bag and went out of the mansion. She went inside the car to wait for Kyuhyun. She got her Science book out of her bag and read it while waiting for him. After at least 5 minutes, Kyuhyun came and sat beside Seohyun.
"Hey.." Kyuhyun greeted her.
Seohyun smiled and moved an inch from him. "Annyeong haseyo." She greeted formally.
"Don't be too formal to me please?" Kyuhyun requested her. "I feel old if someone does that!"
Seohyun chuckled. "Okay."
After that simple conversation, awkward silence. The only thing heard is the sound of the surroundings they're passing and the music in the radio. Then the radio played Oppa Nappa. Seohyun started humming to the tune of the song with her eyes closed, not knowing that Kyuhyun was watching her.
"You know, you're a good singer." He told her.
Seohyun looked at him in surprise. "Who? me?"
"Is there anyone else here?" Kyuhyun said.
"The driver.." Seohyun pointed to the driver innocently.
"Aish! You know, you are really something.." Kyuhyun told her. "Duh? Of course its you I'm talking about."
"Me?" Seohyun pointed to herself. "No! I don't sing."
Kyuhyun just ignored her statement and paid more attention the window. Then, it became quiet again. They stayed like that until they reached the school. As usual, all Kyuhyun's fangirls crowded the car and waited until he come out.
When Kyuhyun come out, all the girls started screaming and drooling. Suddenly, their screams faded when Seohyun stepped out of the car. Questions and statements like "What is she doing with Kyuhyun?", "Who is she?", "Who's that girl?", "I should be the one with Kyuhyun oppa..", were heard.
Seohyun bowed her head to avoid the gaze of Kyuhyun's fans. She looked for her friends, Sunny and Sooyoung. When she found them, she quickly ran to them.
"Unnie!" Seohyun called.
Sunny and Sooyoung stared at the pretty girl the greeted them. It was only about two seconds that it was Seohyun. "Hyunnie, is that you?" Sunny asked.
Seohyun nodded her head. "You sure? This pretty girl is our Hyunnie?" Sooyoung asked Sunny. "Yah! impostor. Stop imitating our Hyunnie. Seohyun would come to school looking like this."
"Unnie! It is really me." Seohyun convinced.
"Prove it impostor!" Sooyoung told her.
Seohyun gave Sooyoung food and wrote her name. She gave her handwriting to Sooyoung. "It is really you!" Sooyoung exclaimed. "What happened to you?"
"Its a secret.." Seohyun said.
"Yah! We're your friends and you're keeping a secret? How big is this secret of yours and you can keep it from us?" Sunny asked Seohyun. "Come on. We're your friends. You can entrust it to us."
Seohyun sighed. 'She has a point..' She thought. "Well, this is how things actually happened. Yoona unnie." She started. "Unnie got a job. Not an ordinary job."
"What job then?" Sunny asked.
"She has to pretend to be someone's wife for money. Well she didn't found any jobs before that."
"What? Whose wife?" Sooyoung eagerly asked.
"The .. The cousin of Kyuhyun-ssi. Lee Donghae." She told them. "So I ended up living with them."
"You're so lucky Hyunnie! Its like, Yoona unnie is your cupid!" Sunny dreamily said.
"But I still don't get it why you have to change your looks." Sooyoung said.
"Its Kyuhyun-ssi's auntie. She wants me to do some make over cause I look better in this." Seohyun said.
"We have to thank Kyuhyun's auntie." Sooyoung told Sunny and Sunny nodded.
Suddenly, Uee together with her friend, Minah, came towards them. "Hey losers. Who's your friend?"
Sooyoung and Sunny looked at each other with a 'seriously?' expression.
"Hey! What's you name?" Uee asked. "You know. You can't be friends with losers like them. You should join us."
"Seriously? you don't even know her?" Sooyoung asked Uee.
"Duh? How could I? I only met her once." Uee said.
"Once?" Sunny repeated.
"No thank you, Uee. And by the way. This is not the first time we met." Seohyun told her.
Uee looked at her confused. "I'm Im Seohyun, don't you remember?" Seohyun asked.
"Impossible.." Uee said and she marched away with Minah.
Seohyun, Sunny and Sooyoung laughed at Uee. Suddenly, a boy came with a ballpen and notebook on his hand.
"Miss, can I get your autograph?" He asked.
"Uh, why?" Seohyun asked.
"Didn't you know? The Kingkas and Queenkas declared just a while ago that you're the new queenka?" he asked.
