Donghae was driving in the car and Yoona was in the front seat. Mrs. Lee, Seohyun and Kyuhyun were all in the back seat.
"Tell me, Kyuhyun. How's your study?" Mrs. Lee asked.
"Uhm.. Its.. ba.. Its.. great!" Kyuhyun lied. Why does auntie have to ask that?
"Good. Good then!" Mrs. Lee complimented.
Suddenly, Donghae started laughing for no reason.
"Lee Donghae, why are you laughing? Your wife is here." Mrs. Lee scolded Donghae.
"Oh, omma.. if you only knew how good Kyuhyun is doing.." Donghae said sarcastically and Kyuhyun glared at him.
"Wae? What's wrong?" Mrs. Lee asked curiously as soon as she saw Kyuhyun glaring at her son."Yoona.." Mrs. lee looked at Yoona with her eyes seems to be begging to tell her the truth.
"Well, omma. To be honest. Kyuhyun is not really doing great in school." Yoona admitted. "My sister, Seohyun, is tutoring him in Math."
Mrs. Lee looked at the girl with an eyeglass on, no make up at all sand hair tied in a bun. "Seohyun, ne?" Seohyun nodded.
"Does Kyuhyun catch up easily with the lessons?" Mrs. Lee asked.
Seohyun looked at Kyuhyun who was begging her to lie or not to tell the truth that he's not listening to almost all the lessons. Seohyun gulped. She never lie. God knows it.
"Y-y-yes.. He's catching up pretty fast." Seohyun lied. I can't believe I lied. I lied for the first time just for Kyuhyun.. She thought.
"That's great then.." Mrs. Lee said.
Donghae parked the car in front of the mansion. He opened the door for his wife and for his mom. They entered the mansion and was greeted by all the maids.
"Welcome back Madam Lee." The maids greeted with their heads bowed down.
Mrs. Lee smiled and motioned them to go back on what they were doing before she came in.
"Yoona, Seohyun." Mrs. Lee called the sisters.
"Ne omma?" Yoona asked. "You need something?"
Mrs. Lee smiled. "I want to have a girl bonding with you and your sister. So I could know more about you as my daughter-in-law."
Yoona looked at Donghae who was just 3 meters away from their position. Donghae nodded as a sign of approval.
"Sure, omma." Yoona agreed.
Mrs. Lee smiled again. "Ahjumma Kim, can you please tell my driver to prepare. We're going to the mall."
Ahjumma Kim quickly nodded and did her order. She went back from where Mrs. Lee's driver was and told her that they can now leave.
"Yoona, Seohyun, shall we go?" Mrs. Lee asked and Yoona nodded.
"Uhm.. Mrs. Lee, why do I have to come? I think you'll only need unnie." Seohyun asked.
"Seohyun, you have to come. I have to know the family of my son's wife. And you're her sister right?" Mrs. Lee replied.
They all sat in the backseat while Mrs. Lee's driver drove them to the mall. It was not that awkward since they had a lot to talk about inside the car like Yoona's family background and how they met. Yoona told her half of the truth that they met by accident and then lies, that they became friends and soon an inseparable couple.
At last, they reached the mall. They first went to the department store. Yoona then remembered the first time she went to the mall and shop with Donghae.
"Yoona, you look good on this." Mrs. Lee told her as she held a black dress.
Yoona looked at the dress with an i-am-not-wearing-a-revealing-dress-like-that expression. "No, not really."
"You should try it.. " Mrs. Lee told Yoona. Yoona had no choice but to follow so she went to the fitting room to try it on.
Mrs. Lee picked a black dress again but the dress this time it has yellow. Seohyun looked at the dress and smiled. 'Unnie will really be beautiful on that dress' She thought.
"Seohyun, after your sister, try this on." Mrs. Lee told her.
Seohyun looked at her in shock. "Me?" Mrs. Lee nodded. "No, I'm sorry Mrs. Lee but I don't think I can wear that.." Seohyun said.
"Oh come on Seohyun.. Trust me. you'll need this. And stop calling me Mrs. Lee, you should practice calling me auntie since I'm your sister's mother-in-law." Mrs. Lee said.
"O-okay Auntie. But not that dress." Seohyun said.
"Oh please! You really look good in this." Mrs. Lee said.
Suddenly, Yoona came wearing the black dress. "What do you think?" She stopped and then she saw Mrs. Lee holding a dress. "Is that for my sister, omma?" Yoona asked.
Mrs. Lee nodded. "Try it on.."
Seohyun still doesn't want to try it on since its too sexy and she prefer loose clothes. "I really don't---"
"Hyunnie, try it on!" Yoona said.
Seohyun stared at her sister with a disbelief stare. But because it was now Yoona who told her to, she agreed. She went inside the fitting room and changed into the dress. She came out and Yoona's jaw dropped in awe.
"You're so pretty! No, both of you are pretty." Mrs. Lee commented.
Mrs. Lee bought the two dresses and continued on walking around the mall. They suddenly passed an optical shop and Mrs. Lee's attention diverted to Seohyun's eyeglasses.
"Let's go inside.." Mrs. Lee invited. Yoona and Seohyun followed.
Mrs. Lee was talking to one of the shop staffs. She then returned back with a pair of contact lens in her hands.
"Wear this and remove those eyeglasses.." Mrs. lee told Seohyun. Seohyun removed her eyeglass and wore the contact lens. "There! Your pretty is now exposed.."
Yoona and Seohyun smiled. After that they went to a salon and had their hair fixed and to a beauty boutique. They also went to a nail parlor for their nails.
After the make over, they all went home by night. Donghae was in the living room reading a newspaper while Kyuhyun was inside his room, playing starcraft, as always.
Donghae looked at them and was stunned when he saw Yoona. His heart thumped hundred times in every millisecond.' Since when did a goddess became more beautiful?' The question in his heart.
"Omma, Seohyun.. Y-yoona.. Looks like you had a great time." Donghae said.
"Ne. Yoona is a really wonderful girl, Donghae. You chose the right girl." Mrs. Lee said.
Yoona secretly blushed at the statement of Donghae's mom.
"Of course!" Donghae said. "Yoona.... you look... so beautiful."
Yoona smiled. "Gomawo!"
Suddenly, Kyuhyun came out from his room. He looked at the people around him. "Annyeong, auntie! Did you get me something from the mall? You know.. branded clothes."
"Nope.."
Kyuhyun groaned. Then his gaze diverted to the younger girl beside Yoona. "Wait.. Seohyun, is that you?"
"Did I change?" Seohyun asked.
"Yeah. You look....... different." Kyuhyun told her. 'I never thought she could be this pretty...'
