It was another morning. The sun was already up and shining brightly. Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Jung were already awake, like the usual, and they were already having their breakfast, not bothering to wake up the kids. They knew well that they stayed up all night doing something that doesn't concern them.
"It was very nice that you came here, my friend." Mrs. Jung told Mrs. Lee and then sipped her coffee.
Mrs. Lee smiled at her friend. "It was a wonderful stay even if it's just a night", Mrs. Lee admitted to her. "My nephew, Kyuhyun and my daughter-in-law's sister, Seohyun have school tomorrow and I can't afford being blamed if they miss a day in school."
"You know how important school is." Mrs. Lee added.
"I know." Mrs. Jung agreed. "Well if you have another free time, don't hesitate to come back. Okay?"
"Of course! I will not have second thoughts on coming back." Mrs. Lee beamed.
"Aigoo... Thank you!" Mrs. Jung said. "I think you should wake up your kids. You have a long trip back to Seoul." She suggested.
Mrs. Lee immediately finished her coffee and her breakfast after hearing her friend's suggestion. She got the tissue and wiped it on her lips. "You're right! I'll go and wake them up".
Mrs. Jung nodded her head in agreement. Mrs. Lee stood up from her chair and walked away to her kids' cottages.
--------------------------------------------
The room was silent. All you could hear were Yoona and Donghae's breathing, the sound of the air-conditioner and nothing else. The door screeched open but it wasn't loud enough for Yoona and Donghae to be awaken. Mrs. Lee entered their room silently. She smiled at the sight she was seeing. It was so romantic. Yoona and Donghae were sleeping side by side, their faces facing each other only few centimeters apart and with Donghae's right arm around Yoona's waist.
Mrs. Lee giggled and watched them for another minute before deciding to wake them up. When she was satisfied, she walked near the bed and lightly patted Yoona's arm.
"Yoona-ah, wake up." Mrs. Lee said. "Rise and shine, Yoona..." She decided to wake Yoona first because she thought girls were much easier to wake up rather than boys.
And she was right. Yoona slowly opened her eyes and her head turned to Mrs. Lee's direction.
"Good morning, Yoona." Mrs. Lee beamed and smiled at Yoona.
Yoona responded a nod. She looked to her side and saw Donghae who was sleeping soundly. She secretly smiled at his angelic sleeping face and when she noticed his arm on her waist, she immediately shoved it off, feeling a little embarrassed.
"Oh, good morning Mrs. Lee, I mean, eomma." Yoona greeted her 'mother-in-law'.
Mrs. Lee grinned at Yoona. "Wake up Donghae. Then, your sister and Kyuhyun. We'll leave back to Seoul later". Mrs. Lee told Yoona as she pointed to Donghae's sleeping body.
Yoona nodded and waited for Mrs. Lee to leave. When Mrs. Lee was gone, she shook Donghae's body to wake him up.
"Yah, yah! Lee Donghae. Wake up!" Yoona said.
Donghae groaned and turned his body to the other side. "Ten more minutes..." He muttered.
"Fine, you sleep for 10 more minutes and we'll leave you here alone." Yoona told him. She got off the bed and waited for Donghae to react.
And just like Yoona expected, Donghae opened his eyes wide and got off the bed. "Let's go!"
Yoona chuckled at him. "Let's go wake Seohyun and Kyuhyun." She told Donghae.
"Okay." Donghae agreed.
Yoona led the way and Donghae followed. It didn't took them long to reach Seohyun and Kyuhyun's cottage since their cottage is just right next to theirs. They're in the same cottage but different rooms. Yoona decided to wake up her sister while Donghae woke his cousin.
When they were all awake, Yoona and Seohyun decided to take a bath together and Donghae and Kyuhyun were next. After that, they ate their breakfast and prepared their bags and luggage for the trip back home. They all went beside the van as they waited for Mrs. Lee. Then, Jessica,Tiffany and Heechul approached them.
"Thank you for coming, you guys!" Jessica thanked. "And thank you Yoona-ssi and Seohyun-ssi for all the help!"
"No problem!" Yoona smiled at Jessica.
"It's no big deal." Seohyun said.
"It's a big deal, Seohyun-ssi." Heechul pointed out. "You all helped me and my Sica to be together."
Yoona, Seohyun, Donghae and Kyuhyun smiled. "You're welcome, then." Yoona said.
"I have no idea about this but I'll take credit." Kyuhyun babbled.
"Don't you dare take credit..." Donghae uttered to Kyuhyun but Kyuhyun ignored him.
The girls including Heechul laughed. "Yoona-ssi, if ever this fish dare to do something stupid, call me and I'll call our gang to strangle him. Okay?" Jessica told Yoona.
Yoona chuckled and nodded. "Sure."
"And Kyuhyun-ah. Don't you dare to touch Seohyunnie." Tiffany glared at Kyuhyun.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Kyuhyun questioned.
"We all know how you are with pretty girls." Tiffany answered.
"We're now friends, right? Yoona, Seohyun?" Jessica asked the two sisters.
Yoona and Seohyun nodded. "Yep." They chorused.
"Give me your phone and I'll save my number here so we can keep in contact." Jessica said. "So you could also tell me if this fish hurts you."
"So we could finally have another reason to kill him." Tiffany added. Yoona chortled.
Yoona handed her phone to Jessica and Tiffany and they handed their phone to Yoona.
"We'll miss you Yoona, Seohyun!" Tiffany fake-sobbed.
"We'll miss you too." Seohyun said.
"Too much drama!" Heechul complained.
"Shut up!" Jessica hissed.
Suddenly, the person they were waiting for came. She smiled at them. "Shall we go?" Mrs. Lee asked.
"Yes, eomma." Donghae replied and opened the van. They entered inside one by one. Yoona and Seohyun sat in the back while Donghae was in front Yoona and Kyuhyun was in front Seohyun. Mrs. Lee sat in the passenger seat.
Jessica, Tiffany and Heechul gave their last goodbyes to them before Kyuhyun closed the door. The driver started the engine and drove off.
They were already meters away from the resort. They were all tired so they tried to catch up some sleep in the trip, well except for one person: Yoona. She was grinning evilly. She waited till Donghae fell asleep before she could perform her payback plan for not telling her about the plan that she looked like a fool because she was clueless about it. And how Yoona hates it when someone does not tell something that involves her.
When Donghae was asleep, she prepared for the first step of plan. She put her right foot below the seat where Donghae was lying and kicked the bottom of the seat. Donghae was awakened by it and looked behind and Yoona pretended to sleep.
'Kekeke. I'll make you pay!' Yoona thought evilly. Though the first step was a little childish or really childish, she didn't care. As long as she could annoy Donghae.
Yoona kicked it one more time and Donghae turned around. "Yah!"
Yoona pretended to sleep again.
"Stop doing it, Yoona." Donghae told the 'sleeping' Yoona.
Yoona didn't respond and continued pretending. When Donghae turned to sleep once more, she kicked it again.
"Yah, Yoona! Cut it off." Donghae hissed.
Yoona pretended as if she was awaken by Donghae's hissing. She faked a yawn and stared at him sleepily. "Wae? What did I do?"
"Stop pretending you don't know." Donghae said.
"Don't know what?" Yoona asked 'clueless'.
"You kicki--" Donghae stopped. "Forget it." He grumbled.
When Donghae was silent, Yoona laughed with no sound but in an evil way. She got Donghae and she still has a second plan. But before that, she needs to get more sleep.
Few hours passed, they were all asleep. Seohyun slowly woke up and noticed that they were already near their home. She turned to her sister and woke her up.
"Unnie, we're near." She slowly shook Yoona.
Yoona slowly opened her eyes and looked outside through the window. She smiled. "Finally!" Yoona said.
"I can't wait to eat at home." She excitedly added.
Seohyun shook her head in disbelief. "Shikshin unnie. As always." Seohyun commented.
Yoona stuck her tongue out at Seohyun as she sat straightly. "The first thing I'll do when we get there is cook! I wanna eat!!" Yoona said.
"Fine. You know what to cook, right unnie? My favorite!" Seohyun emphasized.
"Of course!" Yoona assured Seohyun.
Seohyun clapped childishly as she cheered. "Yay! I'll carry your bag unnie!"
Yoona smiled at her sister. Few minutes after, they already reached their home. Donghae and Kyuhyun went out first and the ladies followed.
"Ah finally!" Yoona smiled.
They all brought their luggage and bags inside. Yoona quickly ran to the kitchen to cook as she was really hungry. Seohyun chuckled at her sister and brought Yoona's bad as she promised her in return for her favorite food.
"Hey, why did Yoona noona rant o the kitchen?" Kyuhyun asked.
"She's going to cook." Seohyun replied. "She was really hungry during the trip."
"And she's going to cook my favorite food!" Seohyun excitedly added.
"That's why you're the one carrying her bag?" Donghae asked and Seohyun nodded in reply. "Let me carry that."
"No, I promised unnie." Seohyun rejected Donghae's offer since she's the one who doesn't break promises.
"I insist." Donghae insisted. "And don't worry about breaking the promise." He assured.
"Uhmm.."
"Come on, we share rooms." Donghae pointed out.
Seohyun gave in and handed Donghae Yoona's bags. When Donghae turned, he unknowingly smiled in satisfaction as he carried Yoona's bags.
After half an hour, Yoona called everyone as she finished cooking with the help, of course of the maids. She served the foods on the table. Everyone sat on the table and started digging on the foods.
"Yay! My favorite!" Seohyun cheered as she took four scoops of her favorite food.
Kyuhyun chuckled at her. He never saw this side of her before. And he was happy to witness this childish side of Seohyun since she was always serious and innocent about things.
"Yoona-ah. You are such a wonderful cook!" Mrs. Lee complimented Yoona.
"Jinjja?" Yoona asked.
"Yes." Mrs. Lee nodded. "Cook for me more, ne?"
Yoona nodded excitedly. Cooking. It was always what Yoona wanted to learn to do. And now she could cook, she felt excited when Mrs. Lee appreciated her cooking. When she was a kid, she dreamed of cooking for her husband when she's already married.
Married. This isn't even a real marriage yet she's cooking for them. Well, who cares? Yoona loves cooking!
"Yoona noona! This is amazing!" Kyuhyun complimented Yoona's cooking.
"Well, thank you." Yoona thanked him
Then silence. No one spoke after that. All you could hear were the sounds of the forks, spoons and their munching.
"I got to go. I have someone to meet." Mrs. Lee said as she finished eating.
"Now, eomma?" Donghae asked.
"Yeah. This is the only available time." Mrs. Lee replied.
"Arasso. Take care." Donghae said.
Yoona watched Mrs. Lee left. When she heard the door shut closed, she grinned evilly. She went to the kitchen and got her specialty. She brought it with her back to the dining table.
"Donghae oppa, would you like to try some of my kimbap?" Yoona asked cutely.
"Why are you suddenly acting cute?" Donghae asked as he noticed Yoona's sudden change in behavior.
"Acting cute? I AM cute!" Yoona emphasized.
"No, you're not!" Donghae argued.
"Yes, I am!" Yoona protested. "Never mind. Well, would you try?"
"You guys are so cute!" Kyuhyun commented. "Are you sure you're just pretending that you're a couple?" He teased. Seohyun giggled.
Yoona rolled her eyes on Kyuhyun and ignored him. "Well?"
"I am trying to be nice here..." She added.
"Sure, why not?" Donghae agreed. Yoona got one kimbap and put it on Donghae's mouth. Donghae chewed the kimbap. His bright happy and smiling face turned sour while chewing the kimbap. He stopped chewing and shot a glare at Yoona who was acting naive.
"Why is it salty?" He asked.
"Salty?" Yoona asked innocently.
Donghae got a tissue and spat the chewed kimbap on the tissue. He got another tissue and wiped it on his lips. He looked at Yoona straightly with the sour expression still on his face. "Yes, salty. Why is it salty?"
"Oh! Did I put too much salt on it?" Yoona said, acting as if it was huge mistake which wasn't. "Aigoo...What did I do?"
"I made it specially for you..." She continued.
"What? You... Put.. Salt... In... It???" Donghae asked her.
"Aww... Look at how sweet they are!" Kyuhyun teased. "Hyung, it must be so delicious, huh?" He teased Donghae.
"SHUT UP!" Donghae hollered.
"So did you like my... salt kimbap?" Yoona asked then she laughed.
"Why you!" Donghae shouted then chased Yoona. Yoona ran away laughing before Donghae could catch her.
Seohyun giggled while watching them chasing each other. She was already finished with her food and she was just watching Yoona and Donghae.
"Stop running, Yoona!" She heard Donghae hollered at Yoona.
"NEVER!" Yoona shouted.
"Yah!" Donghae yelled.
Yoona ran around the living room with Donghae still following her. She ran around the the center table. "Stop running!"
"Getting tired, Fishy?" Yoona teased.
Donghae chased Yoona and when he touched Yoona's wrist, he held it tightly and pulled Yoona to him causing them to tumble and roll on the floor.
"I caught you." Donghae said as he held Yoona's arm tightly.
Yoona just laughed. "Yah! Stop laughing!" He said.
"Hey!" He said. "Why'd you do that anyway?"
Yoona stopped laughing. "That's what you get for not telling me about the plan!" She glared at him.
Donghae let go of Yoona. "Fine, you got me!"
Yoona smiled at him. "Lesson learned. Always tell me everything!" Yoona told him.
Donghae gazed at her as she smiled at him. It was like the most beautiful smile he has seen. His eyes then moved to her forehead, it was beautiful. He remembered what he said about what he wanted his girlfriend to have. He said she has to have a beautiful forehead like hers. Then his eyes darted to her doe-like eyes.
"Yah!" He felt Yoona's fingers flicked on his forehead.
"Yah! That hurts!" Donghae complained.
"You weren't listening to me." Yoona said and then she pouted.
Donghae rubbed the part of his forehead Yoona flicked and then stared at her. "I'm sorry." He apologized.
"You want more kimbap?" She asked.
"Heck no!" Donghae said.
Yoona giggled. "No, not the salt kimbap. Different kimbap."
"No salt?" Donghae asked and Yoona nodded.
"Let's go?" Yoona got up and offered her hand to Donghae. Donghae gladly accepted and they went to eat Yoona's kimbap.
Seohyun giggled at them. "Aigoo! They're so sweet!"
"Hey, where's noona's salt kimbap?" Kyuhyun asked.
"Why?" Seohyun asked.
"I'll use it to prank, hyung." Kyuhyun smirked.
"No, that's bad!" Seohyun scolded him.
"Okay, not going to prank him anymore..." Kyuhyun obediently followed her when normally, he doesn't follow anyone.
